Refund & Return Policy

We want you and your pet to be 100% happy with your purchase from Vortiq. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy.

1. Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, simply contact us at yusufismailtekin5@gmail.com. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer. We will provide you with the specific instructions and the correct return address for your region.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
